Irča Zatloukalová is a communications strategist with 20 years of experience in the tech industry. She spent seven years building and leading communications for the Czech tech giant Seznam.cz. Recently, she founded Diversight.ai, a tech-for-good startup aimed at empowering an often-overlooked talent pool. Diversight.ai aims to provide essential data services, such as annotation and data preparation for AI projects, while creating meaningful employment for talented individuals on the autistic spectrum. Irča believes that true diversity isn't just an HR metric but a powerful competitive advantage and a key driver for innovation.
