Bright future for software development (and why my developers disagree)

15:50–16:10 CET · Speakeasy · Track: Humans

This is not a talk about AI. It is a talk about the people who have to live with it, and about what the new way of work actually costs them.

I spend my days designing future - a system where AI agents write most of our software. This is a fundamental change to digital product building and many people are afraid of what's next.

I will show you what impacts my (and probably your) people most and what we are doing about it at Applifting.

I still think the future is bright. It will just take more work, and more sacrifices, than anyone puts on a slide.
