AI in regulated environment

AI powered engineering in banks is challenge. Existing regulations are here to support the resilience, but the responsibility remains still on companies. ČS is the largest bank in CZE with vital impact on CZE economy. AI is not only booster but also a new dependency. It has significant impact on the way of work. But nothing is for free, to enjoy advantage of AI for 2000 people, you must work hard to make it feasible. And there is people involved on both sides of the process, so AI can bring troubles in the same way as benefits. So, there is few lessons learned how we hit the wall and got up again.
