There will be snacks available during the day. You can buy your lunch at one of the partner food trucks in the back of the building. We are planning to accommodate most of the allergies, intolerances and preferences. Coffee and refreshments will be provided during the whole day.

• Coffee is provided by two barista spots of our product partner Kávový klub.

• Tea will be provided by our amazing partner Alma Career - directly at their booth.

Take your little ones with you! Professional nanny service and an equipped children’s corner is waiting for them. If you did not fill this option while registering your ticket, please ping us on devfest@gug.cz to let us know and to reserve a spot for your little ones - up until 10 y.o., they have a free entry! For youngsters, please let us know - we can provide you with 70% discount.

All sessions will be held in English. Also, whole event, incl. signage and navigation, will be in English.

First come, first serve! There will be 4 workshops in total, look for them in the schedule or in our app. Be sure to come to the workshop room in time, the capacity is very limited.

Definitely yes! We are still figuring out if the recordings will be released publicly on our YouTube or behind a login only for attendees. To be sure, grab your ticket as soon as possible!

Sure! Meet our partners at their booths. All of them prepared activities (and maybe some SWAG) for you – you can also chill at the tea room or check a Prusa 3D printing room.

We have split the talks between: Forest Hall, Universe Hall, Urban Hall & Workshops. There will be signage that will help you orientate yourself at the venue. You can find the schedule on our web or in the app!

Yes, there is a registration fee. You can register online through our website by filling out the registration form and following the payment instructions provided at our Ticketing partner Ti.to. More details will be revealed once Tickets will be released.

The event will cover a wide range of topics including Web & Mobile Dev, ML/AI, Cyber Security, AR/VR, with talks from tech-community members and worldwide speakers like Google Developer Experts and even Googlers.

We have already closed our Call for Proposals, sorry, better luck next year!

You can ask for a refund within 14 days from purchase without any reason via our email devfest@gug.cz. After that, you are not able to request a refund - you can, of course, ask us to transfer the ticket to other person.

Yes, we will try to accommodate all dietary restrictions and special needs to the best of our ability and our budget. Please indicate any dietary preferences or special requirements during the registration process so that we can discuss the needs with our catering.

Yes, ticket transfers are permitted. Please contact our support team at least 4 weeks prior to the event with the details of the person to whom you'd like to transfer your ticket, and we'll assist you with the process.

While accommodations are not included in the event registration, you can find many hotels close to the venue. We sadly don't have any exact recommendations or discounts we could offer to you (we tried!).

Two days mean two afterparties!

We will keep it cool on Thursday – expect a chill board game evening. Have a fun board game you want to play with other attendees? Bring it with you!

The Friday afterparty will be all about fun, drinks and music :)
